Pink Chicken Review & GIveaway

We love clothes. I like to call Avery my little fashionista because she loves clothes and loves trying on clothes. And I have to say that when she picks out her own outfit it ALWAYS matches. So cute!!

So when I received the Estelle dress from Pink Chicken for review I was ecstatic to try it on her. 
Avery is currently in a 3T but can still fit in some 2Ts. I asked for a 4 from Pink Chicken because they only have even numbers. It's big on her, but it's so cute!!

I even think that as she gets older it will fit her good as a top with leggings or jeans! I think it is very cute!! 

She hasn't actually worn it yet, as we've only had a couple 70-80 degree days and that was before we received this dress. But I can't wait for her to get to wear it out... I'm sure she'll get plenty of compliments on it!

Avery is also turning 3 so I think this is neat!!

Price: The dress I received runs at $65. I think this is a bit much. It's a nice material and is very nicely put together, but I think it shouldn't be more than $40. Just my opinion!

Which Outfit for pictures tomorrow???

Avery is going for pictures tomorrow (eek) and I have one outfit picked out, but I always like to do 2 outfits. So what other outfit should I do? They usually say nothing too busy, but this year they didn't so I'm curious!!

Here is our one FOR SURE outfit. She wears a 3T and this is a 24 month so that's why the pants are a little short, but I still think it's ADORABLE!

These are our other outfits. I have 3 to choose from and they all have a pretty busy top... So I'm not sure!! But I didn't want anything pink, because of the first outfit, and she mostly has pink, and this is all I could find!!

 I either like the striped top with leggings or the butterfly top with skirt. 

Which do you like best? Pictures are at 12:40 tomorrow and these items will be steamed by then. So they won't be wrinkled.

 Again we will be doing NO SHOES, because it's so much cuter. and Her toenails will be repainted that Pink color!

Guidecraft Review & Giveaway

When you have children you need good quality toys that you can count on. We love wooden toys in this house and a good place to get those items is Guidecraft.

They were generous enough to send us the 4-in-1 Flipping Floor Easel, the Princess Rocker and the Papgayo Storage Step Up. We are so happy with all of these products

It was VERY easy to assemble. The instructions were very well written out. The only trouble I had was attaching the seat onto the 4 legs. Getting them all lined up and then screwing them together took some maneuvering, but it was still put together in less than 20 minutes!!

 As you can see Avery LOVES this rocker!! She's also having a Princess theme this year for her birthday (3 weeks from today!) And I think this chair is PERFECT for her to open up presents in!! I think it will be adorable for that!

The easel was FAST to put together. It was all together already except for the spool to hold the paper and the board needed to be screwed in. This was together in about 5 minutes and again instructions were VERY easy to read!

I like the cup holders at the bottom for paint cups. I've been putting her crayons in a paper cup and putting it in there. Same with markers. It makes them easily ready for her whenever she wants to color. 

The Papagayo Storage Step Up took a bit longer to put together. The hexagon screwdriver they included got stripped and I had to use my own. If you don't have a set of these screwdrivers, it may be hard for you to get one together. It took about 30 minutes to put together!

Isn't it cute??? Avery uses it in the bathroom for washing her hands. She even uses it in the kitchen for helping mommy cook dinner and desserts. She's so cute with it. I love the storage under the top step. It's great for when you don't have enough space in the room it's in. It's just that little extra oomph in storage! She's also been known to hide her milk cup in there... nuff said right?

These items were packaged very well. Every piece of wood came wrapped in packaging material so it didn't rub or chip off paint. These are all hand painted (as far as I can see) and they are so well done. What I like about that is no two are the same, so it makes for a unique product! The wood is very thick on all these products, and I definitely see them lasting her a LONG time. I can most definitely see the Rocking chair lasting her until she's at least 7 or 8 and ready to give it up. 

Price: The step up is $50. Well worth it. These are hand painted! The Easel is $110 and the Rocking Chair is $110 as well. Well worth the prices, but a little expensive for me. It's worth it, but not for me.. Weird to explain!

Overall: ***** Definitely. The prices are a little steep for me, but again all hand painted and VERY unique! You can't beat it. It's all so durable too!

Pixi Beauty Review & Giveaway

I was able to review an Eye Shadow Kit, a Nail Polish and a Lip Booster for review. I'm very pleased with these products so far. 

They sent the Mod Eye Shadow Kit, the Trixie Lip Booster and the Turquoise Shimmer nail polish. 

I'm not a fan of the nail polish color. I asked for the Burgundy or red shimmer and that's not what I got, but it is ok for my toes. I'm not as explorative with my fingers. 

The lip booster smells real good and I'm not sure that it plumps up my lips, but it is a nice neutral shade and goes on nicely. 

The eye shadows I LOVE! I'm in love with the nice grey shade that's in there. It's nice for a partial smokey look, but it perfect just by itself and isn't too dark! I really like it! It's the Very first one here in the kit! I also REALLY like the 2nd one in the bottom row, that nice taupe shade. It's gorgeous on. 

So far I'm really liking these products, and I got a compliment on Easter with the first grey shade there. Just something nice and subtle, but was enough to make my eyes pop when I lined my bottom lash with it and threw on some mascara to complete the look.

The second color in this palette is GREAT for highlighting under the brow and the inner eyelid. Perfect for that!

They also sell base, cheeks, perfumes, and tools!! So it's really a one stop makeup shop!

Price: The eye shadow kit is $28. A little pricey for me! The Nail Polish is $12, not too bad, but still a bit much. And the lip booster is $18. Again a bit much!

Overall: *** 1/2 I think their prices should come down a little, other than that I'm VERY pleased with the high quality of their products

Again, again, again. We LOVE hair accessories. Avery wears them almost every day. I don't even know how much I can stress this. We LOVE them!!

When Baby Nay was kind enough to send us the Flower Headband in Orchid we couldn't have been more excited. First of all it's downright gorgeous! Couldn't be more beautiful. It's so simple and yet so beautiful at the same time!

Isn't it precious? I really think so. And It looks so much better on Avery, but of course I didn't get pictures!

Yummi Bears Review & Giveaway

Hero Nutritionals was kind enough to send Avery 3 bottles of Yummi Bears.

She loves them. I had a couple as well, and I really like them too. They are tasty and gummy!!! Perfectly yummy!

They are all natural flavors and all natural colors. No additives!

They are Allergen, Gluten and Casein free. This is a big plus for us. Gluten isn't good for anyone!

There are 90 in each bottle and the serving size is 3. So one bottle is a monthly dose.

Price: On Amazon a 200 ct bottle is $18.59 but retails for $26. This is a little price, since it lasts just over 2 months I think this is a big much. We pay about $7 for 1 month of the Flinstones vitamins, but she only gets half a day, so a one month bottle lasts us 2. This is quite a bit pricier!

Overall: ***** Avery likes them a LOT. Way more the Flinstones. So it's worth it that she likes it!
