I received a sample from Merdy for the sole purpose of this review

As parents, we all know it can be difficult to get infants and toddlers to sleep when we know they should. Finding lullaby products that help can be difficult, but Merdy makes that easy. They make Twinkles of Joy blankets that play a lullaby a light up to help aid your child to sleep. 

We received the Owl on the Moon Boy blanket and we pretty much love it!

It arrives so nice and tied up so pretty! I almost didn't want to untie it.

 I love the design. We are huge owl fans here!

 You press the button that's inside the star and it lights up and plays a nice lullaby

The whole blanket is 34x44 including the satin edge so it's a nice size for the crib.

 One side of this blanket has rosettes

 and the other side is a super soft, plush, minky!

We do love this blanket and Liam (9m) likes to snuggle with it a lot. But I have 2 issues. The rosettes are a little scratchy and the music is only 8 seconds long. I really wish this lasted a lot longer so it helped the baby sleep. Although a toddler can know where the button is and keep pushing it, an infant can't. I think it should last at least a couple minutes. 

Otherwise it's a great blanket and a great design. It's very professional and the sewing/stitching is perfect on it! My youngest does love to snuggle up with it. Made of very high quality materials!

The best part though is it's machine washable AND dryer safe!!! Not very often can you find that with something that's electronic, so that does make it a bit better ;)

Overall: **** I'd say. I really wish the music/lights was longer!
