Swaddling is important in the first few months. It makes a baby feel secure, like they're back in the womb and it helps them sleep better as they're startle reflex can't go off during sleep while they're swaddled. 

I had the opportunity to review the Microfleece Sleepsack Swaddle in the baby blue. It's a newborn size

 With the full swaddle velcroed up

 Just the sleeveless portion. It keeps baby warm, but doesn't swaddle them.

It has loops on the bottom there so you can attach the swaddle part. 

It's a very warm fleece. It's great because it's a wearable blanket so there's no case of SIDS and suffocation. Baby can't pull it up over their face. It unzips from the bottom so it's great for diaper changes.

It's an easy way to swaddle. No folding needed. Just unzip, place baby in, zip up and wrap the swaddle around and velcro it. Super easy, just takes a few seconds and baby is warm and swaddled! Nothing will come undone like a regular swaddle blanket either. 

The Halo Sleepsack also helps prevent hip dysplasia. It affects about 75,000 newborns per year! Swaddling improperly can lead to dysplasia, so this helps fix that problem as baby is always swaddled properly.
