SmartKlean Review & Giveaway *CLOSED*

Would you ever think of doing your laundry without detergent? Probably not, but there is a way you CAN effectively do your laundry without the use of detergent. That way is called the SmartKlean. It is a laundry ball that replaces detergents all together.

I received a SmartKlean laundry ball for review and at first I was very leary. I didn't know how it would really work and how it would get your clothes clean.
It is so interesting.

The laundry ball is filled with many ceramic beads, each comprising a combination of different minerals. When these ceramic beads come in contact with water, they form oxygenated water.  The water molecules are fragmented into smaller sizes, increasing the water’s dissolution power and enabling better penetration into the fabric’s pores, therefore releasing dirt, grime and odors. This is similar to the effect of detergents on water, but at a molecular scale without harsh chemicals.

Definitely interesting right?
So of course I had to try it out right away. I was thankful to receive it on a Thursday or Friday so I could do laundry Saturday right away.

I put the ball in the washer and filled up with my laundry. This ball does up to 18 pounds of laundry at one time. If you do extra large loads you want 2 balls.

Then after they were dry came the sniff test. I had a load of laundry left over from last week that was clean. So I threw Jon an item from last week with detergent AND softener and one from this week with just the SmartKlean and he couldn't tell them apart!!!

Not only did the whole load come clean, but it also smelled clean. It didn't have any smell to it as there's no scents, but it smelled clean, like it was washed in pure water and line dried. It had the natural smell to it that it should have.

We were completely shocked that this ball actually did what it said it would do and I will be buying another one after this one is done.

Every month you're supposed to place the ball out in the sun for 1-2 hours to regenerate it's ceramic beads. And other than that, it will last you just about a year!!!!
If you do 7 washes per week it will last you 365 days. Since right now I'm only doing 3-4 per week it would last me between 639 and 852 days. So I could get 2 years out of it.
But I know once baby comes I'll be doing one extra load of clothes laundry PLUS 3 loads of diapers (which this is PERFECT for by the way because there's no chemicals) so it would probably last me just about a year.

I will be buying another one of these balls after this one is done. I Will I Will! It's amazing.

Price: One Ball is $50 shipped 2 is $90 shipped! I would buy 2 now and just wait a year and use the second one!

Overall: ********** a new innovative way to clean your laundry without nasty chemicals.

*Disclaimer* I received an item directly from SmartKlean in exchange for a review. I was not paid to try out these products*
A big thank you goes out to SmartKlean for allowing me to review this product and offering a giveaway
