The 2017 Toyota Highlander Limited is absolutely perfect for anyone wanting an SUV that gets decent gas mileage, seats 7 and is perfect for traveling. I loved the Highlander I recently had for a week.
The Toyota Highlander Limited gets 20/26 MPG, with an average of 22. I think this is very good for a large SUV, this is better than my minivan receives!
The Toyota has a lot of nice features in it.
On top of being a 7 seater. 2 in front, 2 in middle and 3 in back. It has a lovely set up.
The whole radio is touch screen. It also has navigation and satellite radio.
Heated AND Cooled front seats, just turn the dial to where you need it to be, each setting has 3 levels of heat/cold.
On the top of the dash, when you start the car, it alerts you which seats don't have their seatbelt on, perfect for double checking your kids before you take off!
I loved the EXTRA deep center console. I was shocked when I opened it, and it was elbow deep for me!!!! A very large center conole perfect for hiding anything small you're traveling with.
I loved the Birds Eye View Camera! It really helps you see how close you are to items. Perfect for parallel parking!
Even came with a panoramic moonroof
This was a nice little feature that not many copmanies think about.
There was storage between the radio and center console and also above the glovebox, perfect for keeping a phone or keys in place, my iphone7 fit perfectly in the space above the center console.
Plenty of leg room in rows 1 and 2.
Flip down cupholders in row 2
The 2nd row can even adjust their own temp.
2nd row window shades to keep sun off kids faces.
Access to the third row is easy, passengers can walk between the 2nd row captains chairs, or you can easily flip the seat forward.
The seat also folds flat for cargo in trunk if needed.
Not a lot of leg room in 3rd row, but doable.
There was a light in the trunk that you can turn on/off easily if you need more light.
Trunk space with 3rd row up, and then down! PLENTY of room, perfect for luggage and travling.
The 3rd row is also a 60/40 split, so you can lay one part down and not the other if you have passengers with you.
This Toyota Highlander Limited has the push start. As long as the keys are in the car you push the brake and then push the button to start the car. I have been loving this feature on a lot of the cars I've test drove.
This Toyota Highlander Limited features Three Zone Automatic Climate Control. So the driver, passenger and rear can all experience different temperature levels. It has an 8 way power driver's seat with power and lumbar support.
This vehicle definitely has it all in style and comfort. And also in safety. It is a 4 star rating on Frontal Crash and 5 star on side crash and a 5 star rating overall from the NHTSA.
This includes the Standard Toyota Safety Sense which has a Pre Collision System as well as pedestrian detection, and it had my favorite feature, the Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, if your cruise control is set to a certain speed and the car in front of you is going slower, it automatically slows you to match their speed (and keep a reasonable distance between you). I never have to touch my accelerator/brake on the highway due to this feature.

This vehicle that I test drove came in at $47,634. It is a bit pricey, but for saving on gas and having the crash rating it does, I think it's definitely worth it. The Toyota Highlander LE also has a base price of just $30,630, so definitely more affordable if you don't need all the bells and whistles. The Limited has a base price of $41,680.
*Disclaimer, I received a Toyota Highlander Limited for a 1 week test drive. All opinions here are 100% my own and I was not compensated to write this post, other than receiving the vehicle.
