Ever since I was little, I've struggled with swallowing pills. I've gotten MUCH better, but I'd still rather not do it! For this reason I always go back an forth on taking vitamins. I don't like the gummies because of the calories and sugar that is in them, and there aren't many other chewable options on the market. Enter Superior Source Vitamins. Most of their vitamins/supplements are MicroLingual® Tablets which are dissolvable. Everything else is also dissolvable but comes in varieties.

I received a variety of vitamins/supplements this month to try. The Vitamin C Sour Cherry Melts, Children's B Complex, Vitamin D3, Biotin, 100% Daily Value Multi Vitamin, B-12 and Collagen.

As you can see below, the MicroLingual® Tablets are small, and they dissolve SUPER quick! These are the B-12.

If you're wondering what the MicroLingual® Tablets are.... they are INSTANT absorption and aren't slow release. So you get the benefits of the vitamin immediately! 

These are the Vitamin C Sour Cherry Melts. These are sour, but they are tasty and my children love them!

Receiving this package has been a godsend! It allows me to take important vitamins I've been missing and also helps me get them in quickly as I can take them all together! The Multi Vitamin definitely has a taste and so do the Vitamin C, but everything else is tasteless. 

The collagen mixes in my water or coffee SUPER easily. It might be the smoothest collagen I've ever tried!

Overall, I'm super happy with Superior Source Vitamins. They are easy to take, easy to digest and the bottles are really small, so they don't take up much room in the cabinet either. Plus it's not a fight to get my kids to take them... and that's a WIN!
