Personal Trainer Food

Since being on healthier habits I've come to realize one thing, diet is the hardest part about being healthy. Getting into the gym 3-7 days a week is SIMPLE, it's eating the right foods at the right time and getting your macros right that becomes so super difficult. 

But Personal Trainer Food is here to help you. They provide you with breakfasts, lunches, dinners and vegetables for the PERFECT well balanced diet and to help you lose the ultimate weight!


I have to admit I was skeptical at first. But when I received the HUGE box of food, I was put at ease a bit. It's SO simple, I can't possibly screw this up right?

Each category is split up in the box, this is breakfasts.

Veggies!

 Lunches and dinners!

So simple! Each bag goes in the microwave for 90 seconds and it comes out perfect every single time, just cut open the bag, dump it onto your plate and you're good to go!

The breakfast and lunches/dinners can be stored in the fridge for up to 14 days, veggies need to be frozen and the other items can be frozen as well.

But knowing this information helped me maximize my space as I was able to put 14 bags of breakfasts and 28 bags of lunches/dinners in my fridge, rest went into freezer.


The food tastes delicious, absolutely delicious! I was SHOCKED that I was eating 'diet' food since it tasted so good. I loved trying the new items and see what the flavor was like. 

The best part is you can choose what you get in your box. They have meals and veggies to choose from online and you select how many you want. If you want 20 bags of broccoli, you do you, if you want 4 broccoli, 3 zucchini, etc, etc, you get to pick and decide that. But the process was SUPER simple! The max you can do per item is 20, so you do have to get a LITTLE variety.

On this diet you are allowed UNLIMITED butter and oils, unlimited extra meat and unlimited green leafy vegetables. In my opinion this is VERY similar to the Keto diet. There are some carbs in the veggies, breading and sauces, so it may be over the typical keto 20g of carbs a day, but I'm going to guess not by MUCH! 
Therefore, I came to the conclusion it's very similar, if not, the Keto diet. 

But that means it's destined to work. How can anyone mess this up?
The answer is, you can't! As long as you stick to the food, and don't indulge in other things, then you'll be good to go. 

And in 30 days I lost 6 pounds and 7" off my body. I have also been weightlifting and cardio for the last 2 years, so I was exercising as well, but I've been GAINING, not LOSING!

I call this a win!
