The Freeloader Child Carrier Review

I received a sample from Freeloader through US Family Guide to facilitate this review
My babies loved to be worn and carried in a carrier, but there comes a time when they are just too big/heavy for it. My youngest is 3.5 and weighs about 35 pounds and he's just too heavy for carriers (to make it comfortable for me) and we stopped wearing around a year ago.

Lately we've been doing more outdoor activities and being more active since the family is all a little older now, and I came across The Freeloader and knew it would be great for us.

We received the carrier in Coral Reef (black with blue) and I was surprised when I first took it out of the box.

The Freeloader is a carrier meant for older children and instead of them being cradled by fabric, they sit on a seat and then get attached to your back. It's very comfortable and helps distribute the weight more evenly.

The best part is the carrier folds up and you can wear it like a backpack during transport.

Well padded for the child

It even has pockets inside LIKE a backpack.

Overall this carrier is very comfortable and easy to use, it's great for hiking activities, but I wouldn't wear it for super long term as I have to lean forward and this would hurt my back and knees. But it's great for hiking and letting child have a short little break and get carried.

The Freeloader comes in 3 colors and each one comes in 3 sizes depending on the parent intending on wearing it. I got the medium as I have a medium build and I feel it fits me well.

Minimum age to use this is 2.5 and it holds up to 80 pounds!!! My daughter is 75, I should try her in it and see how comfortable it is (she's 10 lol)

Price: Each carrier is $299, but I feel it's worth it. WAY better than lugging around a stroller of the same price point!

Overall: *****
*Disclaimer* I received an item directly from Freeloader in exchange for a review. I was not paid to try out these products*
A big thank you goes out to Freeloader for allowing me to review this product
