I received this item from Air N Water for the sole purpose of this review
The SECOND review written by my Co-Writer Stacy!
I received the Fairwind 6 Liter Pressure Cooker
My first try at cooking in my new pressure cooker, was me dumping in some frozen chicken tenders and a jar of salsa. I had no idea if this would work since the manual tells you nothing about cooking chicken. (It only gives a porridge example). It took over an hour to cook the chicken and salsa on the chicken setting, I could have done it on the stove top in 15 minutes tops. The salsa was scorched on the bottom, learning curve I'm guessing... Again the manual should touch on every setting a little bit, but it doesn't and that is my only complaint about this product. The chicken was really good, I tossed it on tortillas and melted cheese on top. My second try was 2.5lbs of beef chuck meat on the bone, 1 chopped big onion, added small yellow potatoes, mixed beef stew powder packet with an au jus packet in water, and covered the food with extra water. I hit the soup button and a little over an hour later we had amazing Portuguese style soup. My husband loved it and my kids even ate it. I loved how easy it was to just toss it in and not worry about it. I like that the cooker tells me how many minutes are left once it hits the last leg of cooking. I also cooked Pozole Verde easily using the soup button as well.
I am hoping to get my hands on the new manual and see if its better. If the new manual is better I would totally update my review.
Price: $99.99 right now on their website
Overall: **** only because of the manual. It was hard to understand.
*Disclaimer* I received an item directly from AirNWater in exchange for a review. I was not paid to try out these products*
A big thank you goes out to AirNWater for allowing me to review this product

Thanks for the honest review. I haven't used a pressure cooker before either however, I'm very interested in trying one. I think it would make things a little easier. It would be nice if they include a few basic recipes with cooking instructions for beginners --- or even a link to their website with this info.
