I received items directly from Hippie Skin for the sole purpose of this review
My skin hasn't always been terrible. In fact I had great skin until I first went on birth control. I was 17 and I was on it for 3 years. My skin has never been the same. I have eczema on my whole body, rosacea and acne on my Face. I'm 25, I shouldn't still be suffering from acne, but I am.
I heard about Hippie Skin on FB in a group I'm in and right away I knew I needed to try it! I was fortunate when Bethany said yes to a review. But I would have purchased these even if she didn't, and I will continue to purchase them in the future because they have helped me significantly.
These are her most popular items and I was excited to get started!
The 4 products I received are wonderful for your skin and when used in conjunction with each other are truly the perfect concoction for your face/skin.
Here's my routine, and the reason these are SO great for you. Let me start off by saying that these are all 100% natural and are all ingredients that you can pronounce and most likely are semi familiar with.
I start in the morning with Hippie Honey, it is Raw Local Honey which has a rough, exfoliating texture to it so it's PERFECT for sloughing off dead skin cells from your skin rejuvenating all night long. It also has Carrot Seed and Lavender essential oils in it. Perfect for acne, age spots, scarred skin, eczema and more. It is honey and it is sticky, so I wet my face down first, rub it on and then rinse off good, to ensure I get it all I wipe it off with a wet washcloth. But it smells AMAZING and makes my face SO soft. I also use it on my chest every other day in the shower.
Next is the Hippie Mist, this is a toner spray. It has Apple Cider Vinegar, non alcohol Witch Hazel and Lemongrass Essential Oil. I'll admit, it stinks, but as soon as it dries the scent is gone and you can't even smell it anymore, but it shocked me at first. So after using honey, I just close my eyes and give about 3-4 sprays over my face. It tones the face and closes up pores. Great for acne, sensitive skin, dry skin, oily skin and eczema.
If I'm not leaving the house sometimes I stop HERE.
Next it depends on the day. If I'm wearing makeup and leaving the house I then use the Hippie Glow. This is an intense overnight serum OR a makeup primer. It has Matcha Tea, Coconut Oil, Almond Oil, Rosemary, Geranium, Carrot Seed and Rose essential oils. It is VERY nourishing to the skin so perfect for overnight, but I also use a thin layer for a primer. Again great for acne, age spots and also as a natural sunscreen!
OR sometimes I use a bit of the Hippie Luxe as a moisturizer. I'll rub it on in a light layer and then go about my day.
Luxe has Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, Lemongrass and Sweet Orange essential oils. So natural and so great for your skin. Perfect for cleansing and moisturizing. Great for eczema, acne, aging skin, Keratosis Pilaris and more. This can also be a makeup primer OR makeup remover.
That's my day routine.
At night before bed I cleanse my face with the Hippie Luxe and then put the Hippie Glow over as my night serum.
So that's my routine and why these products are GREAT for your skin and let me tell you... they are WONDERFUL!! Right away I noticed how soft and smooth my face was and even though I still have my hormonal acne, I have noticed a difference in my complexion, it's smoother and more even looking. I can't wait until the hormonal acne is kicked in the bud.
I didn't take pics of the inside immediately after opening, but these will suffice.
I can't say exactly how many times each one has been used (some once a day and some twice a day), but I've been using them all regularly for just over 2 weeks now and this is how they look from the top
and on an angle so you can get an idea.
So I would say each one will last at least 3 months!
I am leery about trying new products on my face because my face is SO sensitive. I've had it peel before after using new products. But Hippie Skin has literally changed my life! And I WILL continue buying these!
Price: This is the best part!! The Luxe and Honey are $15 each and 4oz each, Mist is $12 and is 2oz and the Glow is $25 and is 2oz. They are have try me kits and sample sizes so you can try it on your skin.

Overall: ***** hands down! The BEST products I've ever used. I'm a lifer as long as she continues making them!
*Disclaimer* I received an item directly from Hippie Skin in exchange for a review. I was not paid to try out these products*
A big thank you goes out to Hippie Skin for allowing me to review this product and for offering a giveaway

I would also like to try the Hippie Sol. I love rose water so it sounds great. I am also really interested in the Hippie rejuvenate scrub. I like the idea of leaving it on as a mask too. I could put it on, clean the rest of the bathroom, then hop in a shower finish scrubbing and rinse it off. :-)
