DropPlace Review & Giveaway

I received items from Drop Place for the sole purpose of this review

I've been a blogger now for 5.5 years, that's a LONG time. But it was definitely time to take my blogging to the next step, and that is photos. I've had a decent camera for a while now (like 4 years), but haven't used it to it's full potential, probably not even half. So I knew getting backdrops would help me achieve better pictures. Not only for my kids, but for review items as well.

I just love being able to take my own pictures in my own home. Children don't like to sit still and are super active. So being able to take the time to get pictures or do it over the course of a few days is AWESOME!! I hate taking my kids to a studio and having them rush for the 1/2 hour and only getting 2 good pictures. It just doesn't feel natural at all. DropPlace helps make that feel natural!

DropPlace was kind enough to send me 3 of their 5' by 6' backdrops for review. I got the Pale Yellow ChevronVintage Natural Unfinished Wood and a custom solid Light Grey.

I still need a stand so the lighting isn't super great on these since they're laying on the floor next to my window.

Here are some pictures I've taken on these drops so far
This was taken with my cell phone, not great quality
 (Future Review!)

Overall I was super surprised by the drops. They are thin, but feel thick and not like paper at all. They almost feel like a fabric. A very high quality item. Even with my kids walking and stomping on them they don't permanently wrinkle. The print is perfect with no imperfections and even though I had a custom drop, they arrived in about 10 days!

DropPlace has LOTS of options to choose from.
Imagine being able to do your own Christmas cards, Valentine's, Mother's Day/Father's Day pictures, etc! DropPlace has it all! From stripes and chevrons to solid colors, wood floors and abstract!

Price: The 3' by 4' is $25, 5' by 6' is $55 and the 6' by 8' is $75, but they are SUPER high quality

Overall: *****

*Disclaimer* I received an item directly from DropPlace in exchange for a review. I was not paid to try out these products*
A big thank you goes out to DropPlace for allowing me to review this product  and for offering a giveaway
