Mamma Chia Review & Giveaway

I received a sample from Mamma Chia for the sole purpose of this review

We have tried Mamma Chia squeeze (pouches) before and although it takes some time to get used to 'eating' seeds like that, they are very beneficial for you and it's really not all that bad :)
This time I was sent some squeeze as well as their vitality beverages and also a surprise camelbak water bottle.

It did take some time to get used to drinking seeds, but see, when chia is soaked in a liquid it expands into a gel like substance, so they are soft. It is still different!
I got 6 squeeze, 4 vitality and a camelbak.
The camelbak is branded! LOVE it!
 He loves his Mamma Chia

Have you not heard of chia seeds? YES they can magically grow a chia pet, but also have many health benefits as well. I like to add them to muffins and pancakes a lot. Also great in smoothies. But here are some of their benefits.

A tablespoon of chia is like a smoothie of Salmon, spinach and human growth hormone. Super packed with Omega 3's, protein, calcium, iron, zinc, fiber and antioxidants. It builds muscle, lowers cholesterol, and reducing your risk of heart disease.

They can also cause major improvements in type 2 diabetes.

Sounds great right?

Mamma Chia also sells chia seeds now as well and they just released an energy vitality drink.

Price: 6 of the squeezes are $11.99. The vitality drinks are refrigerated, but I have found them at my local Kroger. They are also around $2 each. A 12oz bag of chia seeds is on sale for $9.99 right now on their site. There are SO many in 12oz. and it will last a long time.

Overall: *****

*Disclaimer* I received an item directly from Mamma Chia in exchange for a review. I was not paid to try out these products*
A big thank you goes out to Mamma Chia for allowing me to review this product and for offering a giveaway
