Ozeri Review

I received a sample from Ozeri for the sole purpose of this review

I worked with Ozeri last month and I love that Green Pan. I use that pan often and it has been wonderful. Washes well, and definitely cooks well without anything sticking. Even though it's a bit small for our family of now 5, it's still great for occasional cooking and for small jobs.
So when they asked if I wanted to review another item, I jumped at the chance. And this time I received the Instavac Food Storage Set.
4 containers and 4 lids. 8pc set.
4 different sizes and they are all great for different things and will all get use around here.

You put the food inside the container, close it up with the 4 tabs on each side and then push with your fingers in the middle of the lid, you will hear the air escape and in the middle of the green release tab is a small 'button' that will sink down when air is gone.

When you want to put air back into the container, you just lift up the green tab and you'll hear it whistle as air comes back in. OR you can just open the container.

I put these to use just yesterday when my cat chewed open a bag of pistachios. I was able to put them in this container and pull out the air. Pulling air out of food allows it to remain fresher for longer.

These are wonderful for fruits and veggies (which I've used them for). Air brings bacteria, which makes food spoil faster. And the pattern on the bottom of the container allows fruit/veggies to remain elevated so the juices settle at the bottom and also prevent them from spoiling faster.

These also have a date dial on the green tab which allows you to set the date you put food in. You just need to remember the month.

Ozeri has other wonderful items like bathroom scales and more!

Price: On Amazon for $24.95 right now! Normally $59.95!!

Overall: *****
*Disclaimer* I received an item directly from Ozeri in exchange for a review. I was not paid to try out these products*
A big thank you goes out to Ozeri for allowing me to review this product

I'd love a way to keep fresh fruits and veggies longer.. Those are the most expensive and unfortunately the thing I most often throw away.
