Education toys are definitely the best to have around. Toys that engage your children's minds and help them learn and grow as needed. Lakeshore Learning is definitely the place to go for this.
We received the Baby Bowling and also the Color Rings Sorting Board

The bowling set has 6 pins and 2 balls that can be rolled to knock down the pins.
This definitely works best on a hard floor, but a not so plush rug or carpet works as well. Age Range 12-36 months.
The Color Sorting Board is an awesome toy for toddlers. It teaches them colors and you can also use it for counting too. There are 4 of each color, 6 colors, so 24 rings total. And they're made of wood, so definitely a long lasting product for years to come. Age Range is 2-5.
My son will be 2 just 3 days after Christmas so he is getting both of these this year. I can't wait to see how they help him develop and have fun in the process.
Lakeshore Learning is a wonderful store if you are a homeschooler or do a lot of at home teaching. They have so many educational items. I have been inside their actual store front and it can be a tad overwhelming, but they have awesome items. We have an abacus from there which has helped my daughter with her math so much in the last couple years.

I love the sorting board. Great colors and I like that it is made out of wood so that it will last through lots of years with additional children in the family, or a great pass along to friends.
