Rothschild Review and Discount

Growing up I had heard of Rothschild many times. I used to have dressy coats from them with the muffs and everything. My grandma worked at Hudson's (now Macy's) and used to use her discount to buy me nice dressy church coats. I loved looking nice in my sharp coats in the winter. I LOVED those furry muffs they used to come with.

I was super excited to get the chance to work with Rothschild for Avery. We don't need a dressy coat though, so I let them know a casual one would be best and they sent us the  Belted Swiss Dot Parka Coat in Black in a 5/6

 Has a pocket inside
This jacket is really nice. The top part on the inside is very soft black fleece, so it keeps the neck nice and warm. It's a very thick and warm jacket. I also like the faux fur around the hood as well.

It's a 5/6 and Avery is comfortably a 5, so it is a bit big on her but that's good. I want it to last all through the winter (at least March here, possibly April) and at this it might still fit her next winter since she doesn't grow very fast.

I love that there's a pocket inside which would be good for anything she'd like to put in there. It would keep things a bit safer then an outside pocket. The outside pockets snap closed though and there are 2 smaller pockets on the chest and 2 larger at the hips.

The buckle detail is really cute too. It's just an elastic belt, but it closes just like a regular clasp does so it's easy for Avery to do and undo too which makes this jacket really nice.

Overall it's a really nice coat and I know Avery will keep nice and warm this winter.

They have many other jackets/coats for boys, girls and women as well!
