I have done a review with AMP Diapers in the past. I loved my diaper with Avery. We had received a OS Duo with her.

This time around I was sent the AI2 diaper. I went with the large which is 15-35 pounds and I got it in the lemon color. 

Emerson was just about 14.5-15 pounds when I received this diaper

 Insert just lays in, so there's no pockets to deal with

 It is big around the thighs... This is without the booster in there too. I'm not really pulling it here at all, this is how it sits.

 But it is super cute!

So the diaper was a bit big. This was about a month ago so I need to try again now that he's almost 16 pounds. Maybe it will fit him better. 

I think his thighs just aren't big enough. His thighs are fairly chunky too, they're not little skinny thighs. So I'm not sure why it's so big around the thighs, but he's on the low end weight for this diaper, so I know he'll grow into it eventually.

The small is 6-18 pounds, so I'm sure that would have been just fine for us. I'm sure it would've lasted at least a few months! 

I do love the diaper though. I love that it's just a lay in insert, no snaps, no pockets. Just super easy. It also means that it can be used as a cover as well. So after you pull out the insert, you can either put in another AMP insert or just trifold a prefold if you want! Means it has more than one change unless it gets soiled. 

It's a super soft fleece inside.  They have hemp inserts and bamboo inserts. Both are wonderful. I received the 2 layer hemp insert and it's plenty absorbent. 

I will say that even with the leg gaps here, we haven't had any leaks. We've only used the diaper twice and he's never pooed in it. For now it's in a pile of too big diapers because I don't want to see the mess that comes if he ever poos in it. Also if he was in a car seat or his jumper in this I'm sure we'd get compression leaks, so it's put away until he fits in it better!

But I do love the diaper!
