Sweet Tea Dresses Review & Giveaway CLOSED

Good Quality pillowcase dresses have become a staple in Avery's wardrobe. I was never into them before about last year. I'm not sure why, but once I tried one I was hooked. They're versatile, grow with the child and are adorable and HANDMADE!!!! Which is awesome.

Sweet Tea Dresses was kind enough to custom make one for Avery.

She wanted to do a Christmas one. I think it's great for all of fall and would be super cute for Thanksgiving as well with all it's colors.

I will admit that I was never much of a paisley fan, but this dress is really pretty!

I love the gold that's in it. This will be gorgeous for Christmas pictures this year if I can get around to them.

I love the gold silky ribbon up top, but I find that it doesn't stay tied together as well since it's silky. So it likes to come untied. BUT I only find myself re tying it about 3 times a day, so it's not all that bad.

This would be great for Thanksgiving too I think just because of the colors in it.

Anyway, I love the dress, it's adorable even though not my typical style and it's constructed really well too. The sewing lines are straight.

I got the dress in a 4T, which is great for now, but it will fit her as a tunic in 2-3 years and then as a top when she's about 8. So this is great!!! They truly last for years and years.

She has some other beautiful dresses in her shop.

Cute stuff!

Price: Her dresses are between $30 and $35. This is a bit more than other stores I've seen, but I think it's worth it. The quality is amazing!

SweetTeaDresses said...: Thanks so much for the dress review! I have a tip for you and your readers .... the satin ties and grosgrain ties can be double knotted! This really helps - especially with the satin ties! Also, pillowcase dresses with two shoulder ties can be converted to a one shoulder tie by removing one of the ribbons and threading the one ribbon through both the front and back! This also helps keep little fingers away from the bows! In addition, dresess can be custom made with one tie that ties at the back of the neck! I look forward to getting to know your readers!
