I received a sample from Umi for the sole purpose of this review
Umi has quickly become one of our favorite shoe brands. I have never been disappointed with our shoes from them, they have always been long lasting and great fitting until the very end. My kids have never complained about them hurting their feet either, which is a huge plus for me.
This time we got some nice Summer shoes! We won't be needing them for a while unfortunately, but I know that they will be perfect for when we do.
The vibrant colors on the Halina are just beautiful! So perfect for Spring/Summer
The Cason's are so cute too! So boyish and perfect! I love the covered toe which will help keep my son's feet protected when we're out and about.
Perfect amount of growing room
As usual we love our shoes. Very vibrant and adorable. Umi always comes out with the cutest show designs each season and SS15 was no exception. They have so many gorgeous new shoes it was really hard deciding. But I'm happy with the choices I've made.
My daughter's school doesn't allow sandals, so the Halina are perfect for Spring time on the playground. And I love that my toddler's toes are covered too. Perfect for walks at the zoo and park and walks around our neighborhood.
The shoes bend with the child to help their feet develop properly which I love. And because of this I've never found it necessary to buy my kids separate sneakers for activity. They mold and form to the foot and are super comfortable. So my toddler will be fine taking long walks in his sandals and same with my daughter!
Of course neither child wanted to take these off as soon as we got them. They love getting new shoes, it's like Christmas for them! But they had to go into the closet for a couple more months, unfortunately.
Price: My son's Cason are $60 and the Halina are $40. But don't let the price scare you. They are SO worth it and have a GREAT resale value!
Overall: ***** Always a 5. Never anything less for Umi!
