LipSense by SeneGence Review & Giveaway

I received a sample from SeneGence: Leah Messer for the sole purpose of this review

If you're anything like me, you've seen or heard about LipSense by SeneGence. I was excited to try this Liquid Lip Color as I've only seen/heard WONDERFUL things about it. But was nervous due to the cost at first. But after trying it, I'm HOOKED and already own 3 different shades with plans to purchase more in the near future!

I received a LipSense Collection which includes a Color (Aussie Rose), Gloss and an Oops Remover. I received these from the wonderful Leah Messer.

Besides sending the Collection, she sent me samples of their Parfums as well as an instruction card and business card.

I was surprised at the consistency of the Color, it is very thin and requires 2-3 coats on your lips to achieve the ideal color. It has a slight alcohol smell to it as there is alcohol in the product, this helps it dry to your lips to give you that long lasting color.

I love this shade on me, it's like a peachy color but goes well with my skin tone (which is just going to get darker with the Summer)

I was so shocked and surprised at the LipSense Color. It goes on thin, it dries SUPER fast and it really does last. You put on a layer, wait 5-10 seconds and apply layer 2, then repeat for layer 3 if you wish. Each layer makes the color a bit darker/more pigmented. Then top with a gloss and you are done. The only thing you need to do throughout the day is top with more gloss. No color touchups are required unless you eat something REALLY greasy and then I've found I need to touch up my inner lips a bit. 

But I've found that this color lasts until you remove it. It is easily removed with their oops remover, micellar water or coconut oil, but does require SCRUBBING to remove, which helps you know it lasts until you're ready to remove it.

I also purchased Napa which is a darker purple.

SeneGence also has Skincare, Face Makeup, Eye Makeup, Body Washes, Lip Balm and more! They have a wide array of beauty products to set your skin off on the right foot!

Price: The Collection with 3 products is $55, the colors are $25 and the gloss is $20. It is a bit pricey, but I assure you it's worth it. I also hear the tubes of colors last for YEARS because you use such little product at a time.

Overall: ***** hands down!! These Liquid Lip Colors are now my new fave!
