I received samples from Tiny Tush for the sole purpose of this review
Tiny Tush is a wonderful cloth diaper company. They have their own brand of just about everything and they have wonderful products that every cloth diapering family can appreciate. Everything from fitted diapers to pocket diapers, wet bags to inserts they have it all. They also carry feminine pads and laundry detergent too among other things.
We have had a Tiny Tush diaper in the past and the quality is high end for sure. So I knew I wanted to try some new products.
The diaper comes with a small and large microfiber insert
Smallest setting and stuffed with the small insert from the side
second setting
medium setting
largest setting and from the side with both inserts
Inside with both inserts stuffed. It's a soft fleece inner
The fold to fit inserts are 100% organic cotton fleece
cotton on one side and fleece on the other. Makes them super absorbent and super soft on baby's delicate skin.
Contour diaper is the same material as the inserts
2.0 on my 5.5 month old son. He's about 17.5 pounds and about 26-26.5"
He's on the third setting with both inserts
Not the trimmest of diapers, but a very absorbent option.
The diaper is incredibly absorbent and although not super trim, it's definitely not the most bulky either. The fleece inside is really soft, which helps pull wetness away from baby's skin o prevent rashes. I really like the diaper. You can see it's trim in the crotch compared to the diaper my son last had on. It also dries super quick.
The contour diaper and the fold to fit inserts I use inside of diaper covers, as a booster in regular diapers and also inside pocket diapers as inserts. I really love them. The organic cotton fleece is really soft and also pulls the wetness away, they also dry fast and are super absorbent. I love that they're organic though. The less chemicals in my children's lives, the better.
Tiny Tush offers a lot of different items. The 2.0 comes in aplix (velcro) or snaps and comes in 15 prints and 13 solid colors! You can't get those choices elsewhere.
Price: Diaper is $19.99, fold to fit are $4.49 each
Overall: *****

ReplyDeleteMy son is almost 1.5 so I am definitely more concerned with absorbency than trimness at this point :)

ReplyDeleteContoured inserts look like such a great idea! I like the idea of trimming material from between the legs some.
ReplyDeleteI'm pretty agnostic about my inserts as well- I just use them in whatever fits regardless of whether they are "for" that diaper.

ReplyDeleteI like the folding insert!
ReplyDeleteI like all the different insert options. It's not super trim, but I think absorbency is more important than looking as thin as disposable. Gotta love a fluffy butt!
