Want to Boost your Milk Supply? Mrs. Patel's Review & Giveaway

I received samples from Mrs. Patel's for the sole purpose of this review
Are you a breastfeeding mother? Do you struggle with milk supply? Let Mrs. Patel's help you. They have 3 wonderful products to help boost your milk supply and provide you with what you need to have a long lasting nursing relationship.

Although my supply isn't low, I do pump and donate my milk on top of nursing my almost 3 month old. So I wanted something to give me a boost so I could pump more to donate more! I loved that Mrs. Patel's contacted me! It allowed me to try some yummy products to help boost my supply as much as possible.

I received 1 of each of what they offer. I got the Combo Fenugreek Bars, Milk Water Tea in Chai Spice, and Munch Crunch

The bars come in plain, chocolate, peanut butter and combo like I received (which has 4 of each kind)
Chocolate and Peanut Butter
 Peanut Butter and Plain

Both the Chocolate and Peanut Butter were really good. They have an acquired taste. Fenugreek is a very unique spice and it has a very unique taste to it. BUT they definitely weren't terrible and was definitely tolerable knowing they'd help milk supply.
The bars have fenugreek flour, which helps milk supply, but also a bunch of other yummy items too like almond meal, coconut, ghee, wheat flour and more.

I also tried the tea. I LOVE Chai tea, so this was a no brainer choice. It also comes in an herbal blend.
Nice and dark
 With a splash of milk

I used to pump one side while nursing on the other 2-3 times a day. I used to get 4 ounces that first pump, 2-3 the next and then about an ounce for the third.
I took 1 bar one morning and had 2 cups of the tea that day. The next day I had a bar in the morning, but I pumped 6.5ounces that first pump and then 4 and then 3.5. So I got about 6ounces more that entire day! I thought maybe this was a fluke but I took all 12 bars over the course of 12 days and have been drinking the tea once in a while and I'm maintaining that output in milk. I usually get 12-14 ounces or so in the freezer every day! To this day I have donated 306 ounces of milk and plan to donate to a certain mama very regularly!
The tea contains cinnamon, cloves, and dill. Along with alfalfa and rooibos leaves. It's a caffeine free tea which is perfect!

The munch crunch I'm honestly not a fan of! It was just too 'natural' tasting I guess. I just couldn't chew it up after my meal like I was supposed to, but this honestly is supposed to help as well. It has tumeric, lemon, sesame seeds, dill seeds, fennel, flax seeds and ajwain. It's just all seeds that you chew and I just couldn't get over the consistency. But I know fennel and flax are very good for milk production.

Overall they worked well. I haven't had a bar in about 4 days now and my supply is maintaining. As long as you get rid of the output (pump or nurse it out) your body should keep up with that amount.

Price: Combo Fenugreek Bars are $24 for 12 bars. This is a 12 day supply. 10 days of Milk Water Tea is $12 and the Munch Crunch is $5 for a 10 day supply. OR you can get a package with all products for $34 saving you $7.

Overall: ***** I was impressed overall. The items were pretty tasty and DEFINITELY worked.

Disclaimer* I received an item directly from Mrs. Patel's  in exchange for a review. I was not paid to try out these products*
A big thank you goes out to Mrs. Patel's for allowing me to review this product and for offering a giveaway
