J.E.M. Apparel Review & Giveaway *CLOSED*

I love coming across beautiful new clothing items. And a place like J.E.M. has some adorable items. They carry lots of different brands, but it gives you a chance to explore all the different items right in her shop and see what you like best.

I received the Embroidered V-Neck Tee. It's by DownEast basics which everyone here knows I love, but I didn't realize it at the time I requested it.
I got it in the Medium size and it fits me perfectly

Just For Baby Giveaway Sponsor Spotlight TINY LOVE

We never had a mobile with Avery. It just wasn't something she ever needed. She was sleeping 12+ hours through the night at just 12 weeks old and never woke in the middle of the night again after that. She was always a fantastic sleeper, so when Emerson came along, I thought it would be the same.

BOY was I wrong. He's just now at 7 months beginning to sleep through the night. It's happened about 8 times in the past 2 weeks now. So things are just starting to get better. He also will not put himself to sleep which I know is really important.
So when I saw that Tiny Love came out with a few new Mobiles I knew I had to try one!
We received the Soothe 'n Groove

I received the diaper in the Blue color and I'm in love with the shade of blue.

KLUTCHclub Review & Giveaway *CLOSED*

KLUTCHclub  is one of those wonderful healthy monthly box clubs!
I received my box in June, but looking back it looks like I received the April box!

Aden + Anais Review

I have reviewed quite a few items from Aden + Anais, from their swaddling blankets, to sleeping bags to their Mum + Bub Line.
This time I reviewed a different kind of product. I received the Up, Up & Away Crib Sheet.

Pura Stainless Review & Giveaway *CLOSED*

We have been trying for a long time now to go more healthier and natural. Plastics were always an issue. We have quite a few plastic reusable bowls and they are stained orange and colors from grease and such. If plastic stains what else do you think it's absorbing? So I've been trying to get rid of plastics as much as I can, but it's hard and it's typically expensive. So I've been very slowly getting rid of plastic. A great alternative to plastics is Stainless Steel and Pura specializes in this!

We received the Kiki Toddler bottle in Spring Green and also the Silicone Sleeve in Purple

Just For Baby Hop Sponsor Spotlight KISSED BY THE MOON

When I like to shop for anything I like a one stop shop. I like to be able to go to one place and buy everything I need. Whether that is in a store or online. When I first came across Kissed By the Moon I knew that it was a one stop shop! They carry everything green for babies/children.

Mainly they specialize in Cloth Diapers and Accessories, but they also carry things like Baby Carriers, Snack and Lunch Bags, Pampering Mama items, Toys, Clothing, Jewelry and more!

I received the Sustainablebabyish Organic Bamboo Fleece Fitted in the Teal color. I got the diaper in a Medium but I should've gone large!!! I heard these run a bit small.

Just For Baby Sponsor Spotlight BABY GOURMET

Now that Emerson is on a lot of solids It's time to really think about what goes into his body. All formulas are pretty much the same, but food is not. There's certain things that I couldn't imagine eating like pureed meats and that I don't want Emerson ever eating and then there's organic and more healthier yummy options.

I came across Baby Gourmet probably about a year ago. I knew I wanted to try them when Emerson was born.
I received a 12pk of the Sweet Potato Pie.

Just For Baby Sponsor Spotlight COMOTOMO

With both my babies I always used the standard plastic bottles. I bought ones that were BPA free, but I just used those. It was normal.
Well I was in Buy Buy Baby one day and saw silicone bottles. They were the coolest thing I thought. Silicone. Nice and soft and it feels like a real breast, so these really are the next best thing.

I was working with Kalencom on a review and she also was the PR director for Comotomo. She asked if I wanted to review these bottles and I said YES!! I would love to try a silicone bottle! She sent me the 8oz bottles.
1 pink and 1 green included and she sent 2 extra nipples as well

Joovy Review

Joovy is one of those brands that has high quality baby products. We have the Kooper that we use ALL THE TIME. We were using it for Avery and now we use it for Emerson. It's a great stroller, lightweight and has good storage in the bottom.

This time around we received the Nook high chair in the Orangie Leatherette
It came in ONE PIECE!! No assembly required!
From this position you just pop it open and you're done!

Safari Ltd. Review & Giveaway *CLOSED*

I love working with Safari Ltd. They have some amazing items and every child loves playing with replica animals.
To be honest, Avery was never really a toy player. She just never liked toys. She still doesn't, but you can find her playing with her Safari animals often. They are really the only toy she plays with, so I like that she has many and lots of variety to explore and play with as well. Emerson has also gotten attached to some of these :)

Just For Baby Event Sponsor Spotlight FRESH BABY

I have been making a lot of Emerson's food. With Avery I was on WIC and never even thought to make my own, but they provided more than enough anyway.
But with Emerson I knew I wanted to make my own food before I even got pregnant. I knew that it was healthier and easy and that it was a lot cheaper.

So when the time came to make his own food I realized I had no storage options. We don't even have a regular ice cube tray. So I contacted Fresh Baby for their storage options and they promptly sent me their So Easy Baby Food Kit and the Portion Storage Bags

Celsius Review & Giveaway *CLOSED*

Drinks that help you burn more calories and are to drink along with a fitness plan are hard to come by. They just don't make them. When I heard about Celsius I knew I had to try them. This is a very different kind of product and it sounds pretty darn awesome.

I received a cooler filled with Celsius cans and some coupons as well.

Sentry Safe Review & Giveaway *CLOSED*

We already have a couple small safes. They are just security boxes that are fire and water proof. Jon and I each have one, but they take batteries and if the battery runs out, you need to get your key and sometimes it's a pain dealing with a code and such. Plus they're both quite full!

I was contacted by Sentry Safe about doing a review and giveaway on their Fire Safe Chest. I said yes and a week or so later arrived my box!

NatureBox Review & Giveaway *CLOSED*

These boxes that are coming out are very cool. They are the newest hip thing and I think they're so worth it!
This time around I received a healthy food box thanks to NatureBox.

Indy

We have a direct view of the Stadium!
And my outfit for today! It's nothing special and we're not going anywhere special, but I like this dress. I've had it about 2 years now and never worn it! My boobs are a bit big so the gathering doesn't fit where it should and my bra straps show, but oh well.

Wittlebee Review

This is the coolest thing. There's been a ton of those new boxes out lately that they send you a new one each month. Well this is one for children's clothes. Wittlebee is a monthly children's clothing box. Each month you go on there specify gender and size and then let them know if there's anything that you're in need of at that time.

We received a box of clothes for Avery. Sizes 5 and 6 mainly!

Soybu Review & Giveaway *CLOSED*

I have been trying to workout more. When I was in school I always did some sport or another. I was very fit. My final sport that I played and stuck with was running track. I did that 7-10th grade. It was a blast. I love to run and that was my calling!

I still try and run as often as I can. It's been too hot lately though.
I've also been trying to do workout DVD's while Emerson naps. So I needed some more workout clothes. I came across Soybu and knew they would be the clothes for me.

I received the Lotus Capri and the Uptempo Tank
*Disclaimer* I received an item directly from  Soybu in exchange for a review. I was not paid to try out these products*
A big thank you goes out to Soybu for allowing me to review this product and for offering a giveaway

Greenology Review & Giveaway *CLOSED*

I have been trying to get our cleaning products to completely natural or organic for a long time now. It's hard and I have some regular stuff leftover so I've been VERY SLOWLY getting rid of the chemical laden things.

When I was contacted by Greenology I knew I would say YES immediately.
They sent me the Elite Lavender detergent to try out.

The chance to meet another blogger...

I have never personally met another blogger before. I have a friend who started a blog because of me, so of course I've met her. But to actually get out and meet another blogger has never happened.

I met Michelle from Mama's Baby Cupcakes a couple years ago. I think we met through my blog. She had won a couple giveaways of mine. Either way we became friends online, but she lives in Indiana and I live in Michigan. So not too far away, but not close enough to just meet up.

So when I heard that Jon had to go to Indianapolis for training with the Union I knew I had to meet Michelle. She lives not that far from Indy so it was a chance to get things figured out and get together.

Well we met up today! We met at a beauty school so we could get a Pedicure done (My first one!!) I was a little shy at first meeting a new person as I usually am, but after a while we started talking more.

It was really nice to meet a blogger. I'd met a couple people from online before, but never a blogger so it was kind of nice to have something in common that we could talk about. That and cloth diapers of course :)
It was nice to do something for myself in Indy too since everything here is mostly for Jon!

Nice to meet you, Michelle!!!

Quorn Review & Giveaway *CLOSED*

We've been trying to eat a lot healthier and we've also been cutting out a lot of meat. It's expensive and not the healthiest for you. We're not going vegan or even vegetarian, but we're trying to have only 1-2 dinners that involve meat a week now.

I contacted Quorn because they're meatless and I'd heard great things about them.
We received a chiller pack for review
Included was 3 entrees, 2 burritos and a lunch cooler

Stork Stack Review & Giveaway *CLOSED*

I have been loving all these subscription boxes that have been all the rave lately! There are so many of them and I've been loving getting them in the mail.
A new one that I've been introduced too is Stork Stack. This one is all for babies!

I received the July Box

Kor Review & Giveaway *CLOSED*

Drinking water is very important. We all know this, yet for a lot of people it's so hard to do. I for one HATE water. If my body needs it, it tells me and then I'll crave it. If it's really hot out I try and drink at least a few glasses. But to be honest there are a few days when I can go without even having a sip of water. This is terrible for me.
So I was thankful to be contacted by Kor and got a chance to review a water bottle.
I received the Vida in White

Mum+Bub Review

Mum+Bub is Aden+Anais' skin care line!
I didn't even know they came out with a skin care line. One day I was browsing the site to see what was new and I stumbled across it. I knew I had to contact them and get stuff for review!!!

I received the Full Size Soothing Ointment and a Sample size of their Hair and Body Wash

Bannor Toys Review & Giveaway *CLOSED*

With Avery I wasn't concerned about plastic toys and chemicals. I know not a great thing to admit, but it wasn't on my mind. I was a young mother, we were struggling financially and it just wasn't on my mind.
I'm so glad that I'm more conscious of things these days. I try and go as natural as I can in a lot of things.
Yes Emerson uses some of Avery's old toys, but I try and buy wood as much as possible.

Bannor Toys is one of those wonderful stores that offers only natural toys for your children.
We received a Tree Rattle for review. We got it in the Walnut wood with colorful beads.

*Disclaimer* I received an item directly from Bannor Toys in exchange for a review. I was not paid to try out these products*
A big thank you goes out to Bannor Toys for allowing me to review this product and for offering a giveaway

Bum Cheeks Review & Giveaway *CLOSED*

I have seen this diaper company around for a long time now, but I didn't have a baby to cloth diaper. Now that I do, I was excited to contact Bum Cheeks

I received Ocean Applique Nappies in the Seahorse
The seahorse is a little bit girly, but I think Emerson pulls it off well!
