Sew Joan Review & Giveaway

Since winter was quickly approaching it was time for Emerson to get a new blanket! He has a couple warm blankets, but they're pretty small, meant for babies. Well now he's a toddler (okay ALMOST) and he needed something a bit bigger. 

This blanket would be used in the car, in the stroller and even in his crib at night so I needed something that was big enough to cover most of his little body!

Sew Joan sent us a flannel backed, personalized stroller blanket just for Emerson!

 I love the adorable animal print on this blanket! It's so darn cute!

Here's the most wonderful part about this... are you ready?

She went out that MORNING and bought this fabric specifically for us! I told her we like animals and orange and this was seriously the most perfect fabric for us!

And the wonderfull-ness continues. She lives in my same town!!! YES like as in a few miles away! She kept my blanket for a few days though to show it off in a store that weekend, but then she delivered it 2 days later. It had been about 6 days since she made the blanket!!

BUT it could have been on my doorstep just the next day since she lives so close!

AND She didn't need to ship it, she literally just dropped it on my doorstep that morning!

I love the quality of this blanket. It literally took her just a few hours to make it, but it's done so nicely and so beautifully. And I just love the personalization of his name on the front. I also love that it's not symmetric.
