Sandbox Lane Review & Giveaway *CLOSED*

When Emerson was first born my favorite cloth diaper was the Fuzzibunz XSmall. It had the perfect fit and was just a great diaper. It was absorbent enough but wasn't bulky. So at that point I was VERY thankful that I had received a Small Fuzzibunz in Blueberry from Sandbox Lane. 

Now that Emerson has outgrown the XS, he's wearing this small and it's been just as good!

 6 snap settings on top and 4 for each hip!

 He needs the hip snap all the way tight in order for there to be no leg gaps. That's why it looks funny on top!

These pictures were taken a few days ago... So he was 11.5 pounds (ish). I don't think these would start fitting at 7. 

The XS claims 4-12. This is fairly accurate. They still fit him, but I sold them off because the rise was getting short and they weren't absorbent enough for us anymore.
So I switched to the small right around 10 pounds (when I gave up the XS). They fit, but there was a slight leg gap. I wish I would've tried this diaper when he was born. BUT he's grown so fast I didn't have time to!

He's almost 12 pounds already at 6 weeks old!!

The diaper fits great now though. It claims to fit up to 18 pounds. Based on how the XS fit, I would say probably more like 16. The great news is I've heard from MANY that their baby never needed the size large. Just up through Medium (15-30 pounds)

So honestly. If you're expecting a 7+ pound baby. I would skip the XS. They were a great fit and a favorite of ours, but they only lasted about 3 weeks. So I would skip them all together. 

I will be purchasing more Smalls and then eventually a few mediums. 

The diaper washes up good. I don't have any staining with any of my fuzzibunz diapers (including the XS that I sold). The inserts are microfiber but so far I have no stink issues. I wash every 3 days.
