Monkey Brains Hair Review & Giveaway *CLOSED*

Hair of children is a hard thing to take care of. They get all snarly, kids don't let you brush the hair, they don't let you style it... Monkey Brains has completely changed that. 

We received 2 gels for review. But Avery is kind of young for gel, so then she also sent me a shampoo and conditioner for review. 
We got the Crazy Sticky Hair Gel, Twisted Sticky Hair Glue, Goop Out Shampoo and Super Softy Conditioner. 

Because of the fun Banana Shaped bottles and the cute designs these make kids WANT to use these hair products! This is a fun new line for tweens. Kids between 8-14. Jon has been using the Glue and Gel and Avery has been using the shampoo and conditioner. I'm not sure if they are tear free or not, but she's really good about tipping her head back so It's safe to use these on her. 

The Shampoo smells JUST like Apples. Conditioner is similar, but a little different. Still smells yummy though. I like that these are products a child could easily use on themselves. 

The shampoo lathers really nicely. The conditioner rinses really clean and leaves her hair super soft. I think I might use these for a while!!

About: Monkey Brains is a new collection of hair care that allows kids to be kids. To be fun, be cool and be themselves.  Kids begin to express themselves at a very young age and their hairstyle is one way of showing the world who they are.  Look around.   How many 8-14 year olds have spikes, fauxhawks, and controlled messiness?  Almost every one you see. And then there's Justin Beiber...with the new do.  With 2 Gels, 2 Glues, 1 Pomade, a Hair Refresher and a Shampoo and Conditioner ‘tweens will be able to rock whatever hairstyle they are feelin' at that moment.

Price: Can't really find too much on that. I did find the pomade on Walgreen's.com for $1.99 for 4oz!! Seems very reasonably priced!! But that is 50% off the $3.99 which still isn't bad. It's sold at Kroger, Walmart, Walgreen's and more!
