Baby Genius Review & Giveaway

I love educational toys for Avery and I love that she's learning while playing. We were able to receive the Library Pack Offer of books and the Cash Register. We love both of these things.

Avery really enjoys the cash register. Her books are on the shelf in her room and I catch her "reading" these often.

Avery is really starting to learn money and the value of a dollar. She's learning that everything isn't free and we have to buy stuff at the store. So I like this register and I think it came at the perfect time. She loves it. Often she looks at me and says "Look at all my monies" lol! It's funny. 

It comes with bills and coins. The bills look real, but the coins are meant for chunky fingers. However, after just a couple weeks our register broke and the drawer will no longer open. Daddy gave her a coupon to put in there and now she can't get it out and she's devastated. I've tried over and over and I can't get it open.

Avery doesn't mind though. When you scan ANYTHING over the scanner it beeps. It has a REAL calculator. It's just awesome and Avery thoroughly enjoys it. 

She just loves the books as well. She reads them all the time and they are very neat. They're you're typical story rhyme books, but they help her learn more songs. We read them in song tone so she understands and will hopefully learn them!

Price: The register is a VERY affordable $20!! Books are also $20. I think  these are VERY good prices! Love these items.

Overall: **** only because the register broke.
