Bed Of Nails Review & Giveaway: Holiday Gift

I really like to try and live healthier and try and do all I can to be healthy and natural and I try the hardest for my family as well. When I found Bed Of Nails first thing I thought was "ouch" then I thought, maybe this could be nice. It looked like it took a lot of concentration to be able to do that. But I realized it didn't at all!
I received the Bed in Green

Bed of Nails is an excellent aid in self-treatment and stimulating energy in the body. Bed of Nails may also help the body rid itself of toxins, so it is important to remember to drink water after using Bed of Nails.
Bed of Nails works similar to acupuncture, the pressure of the rounded nails against the skin may help the body release endorphins, the body's very own "happiness drug" which provides a sense of joy, energy and pain relief, and oxytocin, which makes You calm and relaxed ( yes, it is possible to feel energetic and be relaxed at the same time!). Everybody reacts differently to Bed of Nails, and the effects can even vary from time to time; You may feel tired, hungry, happy, alert. Alot of people experience feelings of happiness, relaxation and hightened body temperature.
If Bed of Nails is used regularly for a long enough period of time it may alleviate:
Stress
Headache
Constipation
Tiredness
Insomnia
Tension
Back pain
Muscle aches
Malaise
Bed of Nails may also reduce the appearance of cellulite. The nails will create more blood flow to the area on which Bed of Nails is used and this can help break down the fat groupings which causes the cellulite's plumpish display. Since Bed of Nails helps the body rid itself of toxins this might also help reduce cellulite.

It is covered with 230 acupressure points, each in its turn covered with 28 nails for a total of 6440

WOW! At first I was afraid to use it. I mean look at it... It's intimidating. I laid on it with a sweatshirt on and didn't feel anything. So I went to my tshirt. I felt it but it definitely didn't hurt. I took off my shirt and bra and laid on it. It felt so good. It hurt a little, but after about 2 minutes I just got used to it. I use this about 3 days a week and I love it. I lay on it for 15-20 minutes when I crawl into bed and then take it out and I fall asleep immediately. It used to take me about an hour to fall asleep. Now it's 5 minutes after I'm done using my bed. I don't know if it made the difference, but it works and I like it. Ever since starting to use it I can fall asleep within 20 minutes now as opposed to an hour.

Jon has used it too, but he complains it hurts too bad. I don't think so at all.

The mat is nails, then cotton, then a memory foam type liner under that, followed by another layer of cotton.

Price: The bed retails for $65 USD. Not bad at all. It's worth it.

Overall: ***** I love it. It's relaxing and it doesn't take any concentration like I thought it did.
