IdealShape Review & Giveaway

I received a sample from IdealShape for the sole purpose of this review
On the path to making myself better (my husband is too!!) I was happy when IdealShape contacted me about a review. My husband was using meal replacement shakes so this came at the perfect time!

I got 2 tubs of the shake mix (chocolate and vanilla), a shaker bottle, a box of Cinnamon Caramel Hunger Blocker Bars and a bottle of the NaturalShape supplements 
And I later got a box of the Chocolate Peanut Butter bars as well.

I have had a couple of the bars and they really do curb your appetite by a few hours. PERFECT for snacks! If you're feeling hungry between lunch and dinner for instance have a bar and you'll be able to hold off until dinner. With just 140 calories it's a great snack. I'm not using these much as I don't want my milk supply to go down, so I'm not really dieting.

The shakes are SO good. You put 2 scoops into 8oz of water (I've also used milk). It's rich tasting and doesn't taste like you're drinking a diet drink at all. Only 110 calories in each serving, so that is great! Obviously if you mix with milk it will be a bit more, but it's a heck of a lot better than eating pancakes, bacon and toast for breakfast :)

It's also great to add 1-2 scoops into smoothies too. Bulks it up a bit more so it curbs your appetite for longer.

My husband isn't taking the supplements yet so I don't have a review of those. 

The shaker bottle works well. It's best to put your liquid in first and then your powder and then just cap it and shake, shake, shake until well mixed. It's much better than a spoon!
