I received a sample from Beech-Nut for the sole purpose of this review
Beech-Nut has always been one of my favorite commercial foods to feed my babies. They had more selection, were a bit less expensive and I felt provided the higher quality ingredients. When I was contacted to review their brand new food that is 100% natural fruit and vegetable purees, I definitely wanted to give these a try.
Stag 1 we received are JUST 1 ingredient! These are Honeycrisp Apples and Carrots.
Stage 2. We received Spinach, Zucchini and Peas and Beets, Pears and Pomegranate
The foods contain ONLY fruits and vegetables. SOME have lemon juice to keep the color like the Bets, Pear and Pomegranate. They don't even add water.
Although making your own food at home is always ideal as it's the freshest, this is the next best possible way to go and it's still incredibly affordable but you know your baby is getting the best, most natural food.
They offer Stage 1, 2 and 3. They also offer cereals and pouches of food as well. The classic food even got a revamp and they have a new logo and new packaging.
Although I love the concept behind 100% natural (who doesn't?!) I am a bi upset that they still offer the classics which contain niacin, ferrous sulfate, dicalcium phosphate. And so much more. They need to just stick with the naturals.
Overall: ***** Te new food was great and tasty and all natural which I'm all about. I will continue to buy these when my newest little guy is eating foods.

When my kids were younger we used Beechnut all the time. But after a 7 year break, we are having another due in August. When she's old enough, I'm sure we'll go back to Beechnut brand. I love the 100% natural!

I loved Beechnut foods when my kids were little. I really like the value and quality they offer. It's great that they have an all natural line now. It is a brand I reccomend to all mom I know.
