Tommie Copper Review & Giveaway

I received a sample from Tommie Copper for the sole purpose of this review
Just having had my 3rd baby 2 months ago, it's time to start working out again. I can't wait for Spring to come so I can start running outside again. But for now I have resorted to doing DVD's in the house. I have always had knee issues so I have to stick to as low impact as possible usually. But Tommie Copper  offers copper infused clothing. Copper has been known as a healer for a long time. It improves muscle tone, Emits ions, and increases oxygen transport. All very good for working out and better for your joints. 

I received the Compression Capri's and the ActiveFit S/S V-Neck Shirt in Lime. I also got the Ankle Athletic Socks

The pants have a pocket on the waistband. Perfect for your phone/iPod, hair ties or whatever else you might need while working out.
It's tight enough that it could hold a gym locker key too if need be.

The clothes are incredibly soft. Even though they are compression they are super comfortable and don't feel tight at all. They are REALLY comfortable! They also wick sweat really well. I know I'll definitely be needing that when I'm running outside. For working out in the house right now though these have been awesome. And I'm sure they'll continue being great once I do more strenuous working out as well. 

The copper is wonderful with my joint issues too and I hope that will help me out. I've had knee problems since I was 14 an I no longer have cartilage in my knees at all, so as you can imagine, running and high impact is hard on me. The copper in these should definitely help me out significantly.

    I love the compression tank tops, I wear them all the time! I also love the wrist sleeves, I am still in awe of how amazing they are and how I feel no more pain!
