I received a sample from Dreambaby for the sole purpose of this review
When I just had my daughter I didn't need a bunch of safety items. I was able to follow her around the house and stop her from doing wrong, But now I have a 6.5 year old, 2 year old and newborn and I just can't follow my 2 year old like I could with my oldest. So now we need a bunch of safety items. One place I'm most concerned about is the bathroom. If he sneaks in there I can't hear him. So having safety items is necessary and Dreambaby is the perfect place to go for these items.
I received the Bath Thermometer Fish, Angle Locks, Bath Toy Bag, Toilet Lock, Light Sensing Night Light, Butterfly Outlet Covers and Non Slip Tub Suctions
The night light is great. It's fully adjustable and rotates to the angle you need. When the light is on (or daytime) the light is off...
When it gets dark it goes on. The perfect night light that you don't need to remember to turn on and off.

It would be ideal to have 12 of these for a tub.
I can't use the angle locks as my cupboards don't go right to the edge in the bathroom.
I love the toy bag as it easily suctions to the side of the tub and also since it's mesh toys can easily dry out all the way to prevent molding.
The toilet lock was very easy to put on the toilet and is also really easy to use... for adults. We had to take it off because my 6.5 year old couldn't figure it out.
The butterfly covers are easy to use as they just go into the outlet, I love the design on them, simple, but so much cuter than the regular round ones. We don't need these in our bathroom since both outlets are occupied, but we use these throughout the rest of the house.
The nightlight is super easy to use too. I love it so much!! I love that I don't have to remember to turn it on and off. It's automatic which also saves the light from being overused and using electricity.
The bath suctions didn't really suction to my tub well. They do work though. They are very 'sticky' so kids won't slip on fall on them, but they also stand out pretty far and I have a feeling kids would trip on them easily if they move around a lot in the tub.
Overall it's great to have a safe bathroom, and the Dreambaby items will definitely help you achieve that!

ReplyDeleteI would love the CHELSEA TALL XTRA HALLWAY SWING CLOSED SECURITY GATE - BLACK. We live in an old Victorian with some pretty scary stairs. This kind of gate would help me feel more comfortable when my kids are up stairs.

ReplyDeleteGreat giveway! We train everyone in the house to keep all the bathroom doors closed when there's a new little one in the house, but this is probably a better solution, especially when they learn how to open doors :)
