I received a sample from Ozeri for the sole purpose of this review
I love finding unique companies. Companies that have products that not everyone sells or offers. For me, Ozeri is one of those companies. They have some unique products and I was excited to try one of them for review. I got the Green Earth Pan in an 8" size (they also offer 10" and 12").
The pan is ceramic with a non stick coating. It uses a ceramic derived from nature and it's 100% PTFE and PFOA free!
The pan doesn't release chemicals or fumes when heated which is good for your health and it also means it doesn't contaminate your food either.
It has a scratch resistant coating that is super easy to clean. I have had no issue with food sticking to this pan. The pan is a bit small at 8" but it's perfect for over easy eggs. I tried cooking them first without any butter/oil at all and I had NO issues with them sticking at all, they flipped right over and then came right off the pan without issue.
You need to 'season' the pan before use, by rubbing it with a bit of oil.
Although it IS Dishwasher Safe, it's recommended to use just soap and water and a nice soft sponge to get it clean to maintain it's longevity.
The pan is also oven safe up to 356 Fahrenheit. Which is a really nice feature as well.
Price: $25.95 here on Amazon for the 8" They also sell lids separately and an 8" lid is just over $13.

this seems like a great pan, just wish it wasn't so expensive. I guess that's what you get for something that's better for you.

I have an Ozeri Pan, and I love it! It has the ridges inside, but I'd like to try this one as well! I really like Ozeri products!
