Matcha DNA Review & Giveaway

I received a sample from Matcha DNA for the sold purpose of this review

Most everyone is aware that Green Tea is SUPER healthy for us right? It's a good detox, it's good for overall general health and SO much more. I love to drink a cup as often as possible. Matcha DNA is little packets of green tea powder. Each little packet you mix in 8oz of water and it has the equivalency of 10 cups of green tea. So this is a great tea to drink even just once a week to make up for the other days you don't get a chance to drink it.

I received a 3oz bag which contains 34 packets.

Each little packet looks like this.

So a 3oz bag has the equivalency of 340 cups of green tea!! It's nice and small and doesn't take up room.

You brew a cup of hot water and then mix in the packet and stir it to perfection!! It's a nice quick cup of tea.

What surprised me was the taste. It wasn't strong like you'd think 10 cups of green tea combined to 1 cup would be. It tasted like a regular old cup of green tea. I mixed honey into mine and it was the perfect hot drink. Since I can't have caffeine and it's starting to get chilly outside, this has been my drink of choice in the morning! I do 2 of them to 16oz of water and a bit of honey and put it in a mug. So yummy to drink and sip on throughout the cool morning.

They also have a 10oz bag that is loose powder.
Price: Both bags are $19.71 down from $49.99 on Amazon.

Overall: *****
*Disclaimer* I received an item directly from Matcha DNA in exchange for a review. I was not paid to try out these products*
A big thank you goes out to  Matcha DNA for allowing me to review this product and for offering a giveaway

  1. I learned that the tea is not bitter like Japanese green tea, which it one of the main reasons I hate green tea. Maybe I will like this one.

  13. Matcha green tea can be used for many other things besides just making a cup of tea such as lattes or martinis or used to make food like green tea ice cream and can be used in cooking. It is Organically grown and hand picked And has a rich smooth fresh taste. I drink a lot of tea and would enjoy trying Matcha tea for its many health benefits. It sounds like great green tea. Thank you for the chance to win!
