I love being green and using reusable products. I know I have a lot of improvements to make, but to know that I save a ton of money each month by using the reusable products I do really helps me strive to be better. 

I received 2 water bottles from Avex for the kids to review. 

We got the Dinosaur for Emerson and the butterfly for Avery. They are straw cups, but she also sent along a spout lid for Avery so she could decide which one she likes best.

This is the straw cup with lid. It is nice and wide, but also soft so it doesn't hurt their mouth.

 The other lid, you push the button on the back and it opens it up for easy sipping.

 When completely closed the straw tilts to the side that has the spout. So conveniently it makes it easy to get the last sip in the cup!

Avery definitely prefers the straw lid. But she also uses the regular sipper with no issues. She doesn't really care. I like that the regular sipper is spill proof and easy to use as well. 

The spout on the straw cup clicks down into place, then you push a button to pop it back up for drinking. I didn't think my son would figure this out very easily, but indeed it only took a couple weeks and he was a pro at it. Of course now it's a fun game and toy. Open, close, open close. The straw cup does spill a bit when it's left open, but it hasn't been much of an issue for us. 

The cups are also super easy to clean. The straw pops out and washes nicely in the dishwasher. I love that the whole thing is dishwasher safe. and comes clean every time.
