MAM Review & Giveaway *CLOSED*

MAM is a name that parents can trust. It's been around since 1976 and it started with the pacifier. Now it's one of the brands they give to baby's in the hospital. It was the one they gave us with Avery. 

Been around for a long time and we all know babies like their products, so I contacted them. 

I was so pleased when I opened my package from MAM and saw this...

Yes, That would be 8 products we received!

I didn't know what I was getting. Told them I had a boy and that's what they sent. I was very pleased to get this package.

I had been really wanting to try their Anti Colic Bottle. So I'm very glad I received one of these. It has a few extra parts, but nothing that can't be handled! On the bottom, the ventilated base unscrews and inside is a ring. Since the base is ventilated it prevents bubbles in the bottle, which in turn prevents colic. The ring just prevents the liquid from seeping through!

We love this bottle. The nipple isn't round. It's flat on 2 sides. It's supposed to be a good transition between mom and MAM and it does seem to work and keep the bubbles down. It is a bit of a slower flow then we're used to though so we use it during the day. At night his feedings would be too long for my liking :) But I like that it's slower because that also prevents the bubbles and him taking in too much air. 

Next we received the MAM Start Pacifier. It's good for 0+ months. Emerson likes this. It isn't his favorite pacifier (which is natural rubber), but he does take to it nicely. He does take a pacifier. Avery never did!

Then we got MAM Night Pacifiers good for 2+ months. They are glow in the dark so they're easy to find in the middle of the night! These are nice, but they are a bit bigger around. They would probably work now that he's 5.5 weeks old, but when we got them at around 3 weeks they wouldn't have worked for him. 

Next was MAM love and Affection pacifiers also for 2+ months. One says I Love Daddy and the other says Adorable! Same thing with the Night, they are a bit big so we haven't used them yet!

Next up, MAM Twist Clip. This is neat. It doesn't just snap closed like a lot of clips do. It twists close. It prevents little fingers from getting pinched in there easily. 

Next up, Oral Care Rabbit. He's so cute! He's a finger puppet basically. The ears are where your fingers go in and then you can brush baby's gums. It's a great way to get them used to having their mouth brushed.

Starter and Clip which is a teether, but it has the clip attached to it, so they don't lose it! This will come in handy in a few months I'm sure. 

And lastly we received the Bite and Brush. Which again will come in handy in a few months. It's a teether, but one side has a little toothbrush with soft bristles on it.

Most of these items come in Blue, Green and Pink. The Oral Care Rabbit is just Blue and Pink. 

But they have them in different genders and to suit ones personal taste!

Price: Reasonable! 3 pack of Anti Colic bottles is $11.04 on Target.com for the 8oz size. Oral care Rabbit is about $6. 2 pack of  night pacifiers are $6! All reasonable and competitive.
