Bringing Home Baby: Minky Baby Blanket Review & Giveaway

This is probably one of my favorite items for this Bringing Home Baby Event!!! I can't wait to share it with you (and the rest of the items in this lovely event).

Despite the name Minky Baby Blanket doesn't just make baby blankets. She also makes toddler and kid. And she also makes tween/teen and adult blankets as well!And she does a BEAUTIFUL job!

I love finding handmade items for my children and the blanket I received is no exception!

 This is the crib size which is 36X30.

It is plenty big and it's going to be the blanket we bring him home with!

It's double sided minky and it's just oh so soft! I can't wait to put him in his little car seat and wrap him up tight in this to bring him home. I actually think this blanket will be used in the car seat a TON this winter. It's just so warm and thick. 

And next winter it will be great in his crib with him. I know this blanket will last us a long time. For 1 reason children enver outgrow blankets and for another is it's put together great. The sewing is impeccable and it's just gorgeous!

I love the blue on the other side as well as the owls on this side. I love owls and these boy ones aren't an exception. I think these owls would be gender neutral too if there was say orange on the other side. They're just so cute!

I also love that she put the congratulations on the front of the packaging! Just a nice way of saying Congrats on the pregnancy! How sweet!!!

Price: This blanket is $40! But it's handmade (with love) and is oh so cute! I know minky material isn't cheap either and this is double sided!! It's worth it.
