It has now been an entire 5 weeks on Nutrisystem! I can't believe it and neither can Jon. It's been crazy! He's still trying to get used to everything. He finds it's really hard to eat 4-5 servings of veggies a day so he's been getting inventive. He called the help line and they told him he could juice his veggies.
So for dinner he gets 2 servings of veggies and one serving or a fruit OR veggie. So he's been talking 2 veggies and a fruit and juicing them. It's 8-10 oz of pure juice and it's all his nutrients! He's been loving that.
He hasn't been hungry on this system AT ALL. He hardly ever is hungry for dinner, but eats it anyway. He's been struggling with eating all this food. He's not used to the amount they're having him eat.
But even though he's downing more food. He's losing weight which is great.
I think he needs to make Saturdays his weigh in days from now on and here's why... This Saturday he was 267.5!!! WOW. That's awesome. So we thought he'd be around that today... NOPE.

May not seem like much, but 14 pounds in 5 weeks is great. 2" in his chest, 1.5" in his waist and 2" in his hips! He's doing great!
But I don't know what happens on Sundays because on Saturday he's down a good amount of weight and then my Monday he gains... So I think we're switching his official weigh in day to Saturday!
His pants are getting much bigger. He's tightened his belt one notch. EVERYONE he sees that he hasn't seen in a few weeks is noticing. There's a difference in his face and his stomach is not all bloated and round like it used to be.
