Jon has officially started Nutrisystem today! He got the program on Thursday, but wanted to start on the weekend so he could get in a routine before going to work. But yesterday he had a dinner where he met the MI State Senator, so he didn't want to start yesterday.
He started this morning. So far it's not too difficult, but figuring out what he can and can't have and the amounts will take some getting used to.
We took all his measurements this morning.
Weight: 286
Arms: 16"
Chest: 49"
Waist: 52"
Hips: 49"
Thighs: 29"
BMI: 42.2
I told you his thighs were huge! They're mostly all muscle though. They are the size of my waist at 25.5 weeks pregnant!!!!! Seriously!! My Waist is 30" right now and his thighs were just over 29"! That is INSANE!!!
He won't lost much in his arms either. But his chest, waist and hips will be dramatic!
I will get a picture of him soon to add to this post!
