Smarcks Review & Giveaway *CLOSED*

Avery loves blocks, as I think most children do. They are fun and usually plain. They don't make noise or light up, which parents love, but they keep the kids entertained and give them their imagination!

BUT when a new thing was invented called Smarcks it changed everything and for the better! Plain wooden blocks are now a thing of the past. And Plastic blocks that just click together are a definite thing of the future.

We received a Block set and I can't wait to share this with you!

You see those special little guys up there with faces? They all TALK!! You have to put the right block in them to make them do something, but one counts, one sings, one does math. It's so much fun for Avery and I to figure these out together.

They have shapes on them and if you put the right shape into the right talking block it will work, but if you don't then forget it!! The singing one is the clear one and it also lights up. It just does one song, but it's fun!

Avery has had a blast figuring these out. She even thinks it's funny when we put them back away and one will go off!

You know how you can NEVER EVER EVER for the life of you get an item back into it's original box? Well with this you CAN! I didn't have any issue the first couple times, but then I did, So I started laying the 6 big blocks on the bottom, then throwing the rest in and I have no more problems. They all fit with PLENTY of room to spare! AWESOME!!

They are very educational, Avery loves them and that's what's important to me. She doesn't play with very many toys, so for her to actually play with something daily is amazing!! So this is really great for us. It gives her some quiet time (well semi quiet) and it keeps her busy.
There are different specials you can buy on the website Or you can buy them individually. It's up to you!

Price: The basic 70 count blocks are $30! NOT BAD!! Add in the talking blocks. Each set if 3 is $20 You can get EVERY SINGLE block made by them for $99. If you have more than one child this is a great combination Christmas gift!

Overall: ***** Love this set of blocks, They are a bit pricey though once you add in the talking.

  176. I like that there is a Giggle Spot on each block. I also like that there are fairy tale stories on some of them, Math on others, etc. They look like they are a lot of fun.

  178. Smarcks have different shapes on the tops of their posts to allow the Smart Blocks to identify them. Kids blocks from other building blocks sets do not have these educational shapes and therefore can be assembled with but not identified by a Smart Block.
