Shelly Frances Review & Giveaway: Holiday Gift

I love makeup, but I think more importantly, I love mineral makeup. Shelly Frances Makeup offers all you could need and then some. She has well over 100 products in her Etsy shop! She mainly makes Shimmer Mineral Eye shadows though! That's what I received. I got the Cosette shade.

I personally don't think it's quite that green, but I've also come to the conclusion that I need to get a good primer... Non of my shadows look as good as they do in stock photos. 

Overall, I love this makeup. The shadow goes on very smoothly. I don't get the terrible 'raccoon eyes' from makeup that falls onto the cheeks and it definitely doesn't get caught up in the crease. I hate that, not only does it crease up, but you lose the pigment from on your lid because it all casually creeps it's way to the crease. 

This doesn't though. It's very smooth. Can't even tell I have anything on. When I wear regular non-mineral shadows my eyes get irritated. They itch and not with mineral makeup, but I definitely didn't have that problem with Shelly Frances.

Price: Her eye shadows are $6 each. I think this is pretty reasonable and is definitely competitive.

Overall: *****! Love this shadow and use it quite often. I have blue eyes so greens and browns look great. This shadow is the perfect combination.
