Victoria Osteen "Gifts from the Heart" Review & Giveaway: Holiday Gift *CLOSED*

We are FAR from being religious. We are actually Agnostic. So when I was contacted to review Gifts from the Heart by Victoria Osteen, Joel Osteen's wife, I was a little leary. I thought it would be very religious and maybe it wouldn't be a good fit. But I read a little more about it and figured I'd give it a whirl.

I love this book. So does Avery. I will admit, I do like watching Joel on T.V. We're not religious, but he's so well spoken and he truly believes in it and you can hear it in his voice. He's very uplifting and if I'm having a bad day I like to watch him and he cheers me a up. He isn't very preachy and even though he mentions God and religious things I do love watching him. So that made me want to try this a little more too.

We really do love it though. It's not religious at all.

Love it!!! Avery likes me to read it to her. What little girl doesn't want to read about Princesses and a fairytale? I know I do when I was younger and I know Avery does. So this book was actually a perfect fit for our family and I'm glad I accepted the offer.
