Imprecious Review & Giveaway

I love beautiful jewelry. I love personalized jewelry even more. Imprecious is an amazing company that takes your child's finger print and turns it into a nice jewelry piece for you. We received our kit in the mail.

It came with the imprint kit, on the bottom there. Instructions and a return envelope already paid for. This was pretty neat the way they did it. You take the yellow putty and mix an equal amount of the white putty between your fingers. You only have about a minute before it's inactive, so you must work it quickly. Once the white is all gone and it's a light yellow, you get your imprint. Just push your child's finger into it and get a decent print. It looks great and you wait for it to dry, put it in the little included container with the rest of hte putty you didn't use. Close it and send it off. 

It was really a neat process. I got a picture of the finger print, but now I can't find it! SORRY.

When I got my Necklace about 3 weeks later, I was so pleased with it!!

It arrived in a tin box

and then was my necklace. It's VERY hard to make out, but you can tell it's a finger print in real life

I love this necklace. I wear it all the time. She also put Avery's initials A.S. on the back. I love that. Nobody in the world knows what it is from afar, but I know exactly what it is and that's the importance of it and to me!

They have so many items to choose from to get imprinted. They have Necklaces, Embellishments, earrings, and Bracelets. So many things, so many different ways. They have more than one charm you can buy for your items. Very neat and I love the way they work. 

For me getting the item, sending it back in, them making it and sending it my way, I think 3 weeks was reasonable. Altogether it was just over 4. I got my item then it sat around for a few days before I shipped it off... So it took a little longer. But I think it was very reasonable time. 

Price: Here is where it gets tricky. The necklace I received an 18" venetian box chain style with 1 charm is $88. This is expensive in my eyes, but it's a personalized item and it IS sterling Silver!! So I guess it is worth it. You can also add a birthstone embellishment for $10! This is worth it!!

Overall: ***** love this item, it was fast and it's such a great piece.
