I grew up with the lovely Tom and Jerry and I loved that show. Used to watch it daily. Avery and I watch Tom and Jerry pretty often these days as well. It's great to see her enjoy and watch a show that I grew up on. Yes we're only just under 17 years apart, but that's still an accomplishment.
When I had a chance to review the new Tom and Jerry meet Sherlock Holmes on DVD, I took it. This is a NEW witty movie of the dynamic duo. I couldn't turn it down. I have not had a chance to watch this movie yet, but Avery has and it kept her entertained the entire time. When it was over she was quite upset about it because she wanted to see more. She has watched it almost every day since the day we received it and I think it's quickly becoming her very favorite.
At least I know she likes it and there isn't any gore in it. I don't mind her watching that EVERY DAY if she'd like to.
