I'm the runner in the house. I try and run 1 mile 3 times a week. It's not much, but I ran track in high school and I ruined my knees and hips. At 15 I was told to stop running and that I had no more cartilage in my knees and had Rheumatoid Arthritis in my knees and hips. I didn't stop running. So I take it easy. I believe that if I had a custom pair of shoes in High School track, I wouldn't have the problems I do today.
I normally am a 7.5-8.5 so she sent me the 7.5-8 size. It is a little snug, but it fits comfortably. Plus they'll stretch a little.
I went on a run that night and I have to say these shoes are AMAZING. They have you do a couple tests in the mirror to test a couple things. It's real easy and it makes sure you get customized perfect shoes. They also ask arch height, weight and so forth to ensure the perfect fit. They definitely achieved it. These are the best shoes I've ever worn and I will buy them again in the future. They need to come out with a cross training or walking shoe though as well as that's what I do more. I do a LOT of walking!
I'm so happy with these shoes. They came in a recycled box!!! YAY!
They have 6 Men's styles and 6 women's styles. Very happy with the selection. Of course when I chose they only had 3 to choose from!! It's not about look here either. Click on the shoe you like and scroll down it says what arch the shoe is best for. Go off that. I have a medium arch (almost low) and these are for medium to high. But that's all they had medium wise when I was selecting. Also I have no pronation and these are best for that. So it's hard to select, and it's not off style. Luckily they're all the same red, grey, and green color!
I'm in love with these shoes and they are 100% worth the price.
Price: all 12 pair are between $130 and $160. Good price for CUSTOM shoes. I can't stress that enough. These are CUSTOM!!
