UV Skinz Review & Giveaway

I love SPF protectant clothing for Avery. Especially now that I've learned Sunscreen can Cause Cancer. So I love to have protection on her arms and legs as much as possible. And I like for it to not be too hot!

I was able to review the Long Sleeve Carly from UV Skinz. I am so happy with this company!

Love the blue and purple together! So cute. I have a couple short sleeve protective shirts already and I like them, but they are short sleeves, they're not protecting too much. I'm so happy to have long sleeves now. The thing I like these for best is swimming and playing in sprinklers. They block the sun, but you're playing in water so they aren't too hot and you're keeping cool. They are like swimsuit material as they dry very quickly and aren't like clothes that saturate fast!

After I lost my 32-year old husband to skin cancer, just three days after the tragic 9-11 occurrence of 2001, I decided my life’s mission would be to raise awareness about the disease anyway I could. I think it's great that she set out to find something that would protect us from the sun. This is great!!

Best thing is there's no need to re-apply. It's not like sunscreen. You can wash it and it never loses it's UV protection!

Price: It depends. The long Sleeve KIDS tops are $33. Short sleeve $29. the shorts are $18-$23.These are all reasonable priced. I would pay ANYTHING to keep my family's skin safe!

Overall: ***** this has blocked sun and Avery's skin under her shirt isn't even pink. We've been outside for 3 hours with this top on, NO SUNSCREEN on her arms and not even a pink dot! Clear as a whistle. I can trust this company!
