Faber Castell Review

Some of you may remember my last Creativity For Kids Review. It was for the Shrinky Dinks Christmas tree. So when Creativity For Kids contacted me to review their new product I said "YES" We love their products and couldn't wait to get our hands on this one!
We received the Young Artist Texture Painting Set. It's real neat. It has different texture brushes. Avery loves this paint set, and She's been playing daily! 

It came at the perfect time too, because daddy wanted color for his office at work. And so we painted him a pretty picture! Sorry it's blurry

 That was mostly with regular paintbrushes. We did this one with some texture

We used the Flower looking one for the flower. And she used the Rake one for the pattern on the right, and then the flower one as well for the cloud right above the flower. We had fun!!

Daddy said it really brought color to his office and everyone who comes in loves how colorful it is. Good because that's what we were trying to accomplish!

Even though it only comes with 5 colors. You can mix and match to make different colors. Yellow and Blue= Green, Red and Blue= purple! You get the idea. It's fun and you can make up all your own colors. We discovered that a little of each makes brown!!

It's a whole lot of fun and Avery loves it dearly. Everyday she asks for "Paint mommy, Paint?" So I usually let her. The paints are about 3/4 of the way gone already!!

Price: This set is $17.99 and I think it's worth it!! Even when the paints are gone how much is tempura paint in the store? $3 each MAYBE. Not bad if you ask me. She'll have these cool brushes forever and that's worth it right there. 

Overall: ***** Faber Castell has done it again. They've come out with an amazing product. 

The only thing I'll complain about is that the paints aren't very big so they don't last long, but it does not take away from my overall reaction!
