I am a weightlifter now...I'm with you Michelle. I am a weightlifter now. But I'm mostly focusing on dropping fat currently. This is a good reason why my weight has maintained the same the last 4 months, i'm losing fat, but gaining muscle. If you workout heavy and do weight training, which all women should do, the scale sometimes will go up based on increased muscle mass. If I were to get on here after a heavy leg day and it goes up, I would feel terrible when that little red light comes on, I would feel TERRIBLE even though it wasn't a bad increase. Uuuugggghhhh.... I think people, myself included sometimes, need to stop worrying about the number on the scale but how they feel and how their clothes fit.
