Native Deodorant Review

I received a sample from Native for the sole purpose of this review
Native Deodorant Review

With all the reviews I do, it's really not all that often that I find a product I'm completely so in love with that I switch to that product and never look back. However, Native is one of those brands for me. Their all natural deodorant is simply amazing and I am definitely a user for life!

I received their deodorant in the Eucalyptus & Mint and Coconut & Vanilla scents.

Native Deodorant Review

Using natural deodorant is very very important for your body. It's been proven that aluminum in regular deodorant can cause breast cancers in both men and women. For me, finding an aluminum free deodorant that DIDN'T tear up my armpits was very very difficult. So when I was sent these Native deodorants and they WORKED and didn't tear me up, I became a user, for life.

I have tried 4-5 natural brands in the past, it was always $7 down the drain because they would make my armpits extremely itchy and unbearable to use. But Native doesn't do this! I'm obsessed with these scents too!

The Eucalyptus & Mint smells more on the manly side to me, it smells like standard male deodorant, but I love the clean scent it offers and nobody smells my armpits anyhow ;)

The Coconut & Vanilla is just that, has a strong coconut scent, with a hint of vanilla.

I find the Eucalyptus & Mint lasts longer for me.

The Native Deodorant is made from nontoxic ingredients that everybody knows about and can pronounce. Ingredients like Shea Butter, Jojoba (ha ho ba) oil, Beeswax, Baking Soda, Coconut Oil, Probiotics and more! Perfect for battling stink but being NATURAL and not clogging up your pores.

This is a deodorant, NOT an antiperspirant. However, I use it every time I visit the gym or work out and have never had any issues. I do tend to get 'moist' under my arms, but not dripping, sopping sweat!

This deodorant comes in Unscented and 4 other scents:
  • Eucalyptus & Mint
  • Coconut & Vanilla
  • Lavender & Rose
  • Citrus & Herbal Musk

Overall I'm a forever user and will continue to buy this deodorant, it's hands down the best.

Price: $12, with free shipping!

Overall: ***** absolutely, forever user here!!!! Can't wait to try their other scents!
*Disclaimer* I received an item directly from Native in exchange for this review. I was not paid to try out this product*
A big thank you goes out to Native for allowing me to review this product

I just ordered it! I tried PiperWai and the fist batch they sent worked great then I ordered again (two this time) and it isn't working the same and it is winter in Duluth, MN so I can't even imagine how bad it will be this summer so I am excited to try Native!

Have you notice any difference on the armpit part fo your shirts? I've notice that the Native deodorant has started to leave like a "grease" looking stain on myt clothing.

My husband loves it and he won't change so I'd like to know how to deal with that issue and take care of my clothing. For me, it is an OK deodorant so I could switched.

This deodorant did not work for me. I tried for weeks and I smelled terrible. I looked for a place to review on their website and I can't, which leads me to believe all those positive reviews might not be so true. They offered an exchange which is dumb, if it doesn't work for me I don't want a different scent that still won't work

Native Deodorant didn't work for our family - the male nor the female. I forgot to cancel my subscription and ended up with three extra. It's ok for about four hours at best, temperature depending, but then you must wash off and reapply. (Wash because of your own odor. Yuck!)

We found Schmidt's! (I like the Bergamot+Lime! The men like the Charcoal + Magnesium!) It works great! I don't notice a difference between it and Secret or any major brand. The only thing I'm not fond of is the build up (If you shower before bed then reapply in the morning.) But that's a small price to pay for an aluminum-free deodorant that works. It is better than having to bring your deodorant everywhere you go "just in case"!

Different things work for different people, and one must alternate periodically to keep any of them working. Crystal Body Deodorant Is a great change-up in between. I just add a little essential oil of my choice, and it's wonderful. It's the gentlest one I've found for women after shaving.

I purchased the Eucalyptus deodorant. Worked great, until it ruined my clothes - permanent dark spots under both arms. Appearance is that I'm perpetually sweaty, even when the garment is perfectly clean and dry. BEWARE, this deodorant contains oils that WILL NOT COME OUT of certain fabrics. This deodorant ruined my gray Hanna Andersson Elisabet dress ($98) and Pendleton merino wool v-neck ($109). I contacted customer service and they told me to wash my garments with vinegar and baking soda. I tried that on my cotton dress, but didn't want to risk further damage to my wool. Didn't take out the stains. Got an "oh, well..." response from customer service when I told them it didn't work. I want others to be aware of this, $10 deodorant isn't worth it if it costs $200 to replace your clothes! Tom's works just fine for much less and hasn't ruined my clothes!
