2017 Mitsubishi Lancer AWC

I have really come to love Mitsubishi, before test driving cars, it's not a brand I'd have previously considered. However, once all my kids are bigger and out of car seats a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport will most likely be my vehicle choice. It was hands down one of my favorite vehicles I've ever driven! And now that I've had a chance to test more and more Mitsubishi's, I'm really loving their brand and their vehicles.

All that said, this 2017 Mitsubishi Lancer AWC (all wheel control) was no different. The Lancer is a compact car that is under $25,000 and receives an average of 26 MPG

The Mitsubishi Lancer is a 5 seater, compact car that is perfect for a commute car, college student, or a small family. It features a lot of trunk space and is fairly roomy for a few people. I truly don't think it would fit 5 comfortably and would only fit 4 comfortably if the tallest people were in front as there's not a lot of rear legroom.

Steering Wheel mounted controls to make your driving experience easier.

all the controls you need, right at your fingertips

Nice little touchscreen that had a lot of features on it that I liked. It was easy to navigate stations and presets.

Center storage console

Heated seats in the front is always a favorite feature of mine!

LOVED the power glass sunroof!

Lots of front legroom, although the rear legroom was fairly limited, it was still bigger than some compact cars I've seen.

The trunk space is where I was shocked the most. VERY large and folded down there's even more room. Great for traveling with the 60/40 split fold seats.

The fact that I fit a double stroller perfectly in the trunk was awesome, and there was still room to spare!

Although not super comfortable, I was able to take this with ALL 3 of my kids to the zoo. My daughter (9.5) sat between both my boys car seats and we were on our way, it was tight, wouldn't be good for long distances (our zoo is about 20 miles away), but it worked for that  trip. I do think this car would fit 5 people, but 4 comfortably unless a couple are kids. I was honestly shocked I fit all 3 of them in the back row, we've tried it in other cars and wasn't able to get my daughter to fit between the car seats.

The 2017 Mitsubishi Lancer has quite a few safety and features on it, which is surprising for such a little car.
Features like Heated Side View Mirrors, Rear backup camera, Active Stability Control, RISE (Reinforced Impact Safety Evolution) Body Construction.
And of course has the All Wheel Control, which means you can switch between 2wd and 4wd whenever the need arises. Perfect for being in a snowy climate!

Also has Mitsubishi's standard 10 year or 100,000 mile warranty!

The Mitsubishi Lancer I received above (2.4 SEL) has a price tag of $24,430. The base price on the Lancer is $17,795

*Disclaimer, I received a Mitsubishi Lancer 2.4 SEL AWC for a 1 week test drive. All opinions here are 100% my own and I was not compensated to write this post, other than receiving the vehicle.
