LEGOLAND® DISCOVERY CENTER MICHIGAN TO HOST GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY AT GREAT LAKES CROSSING OUTLETS ON SEPT. 28
Countdown to opening begins for new attraction that will provide unique hands-on LEGO® play experience for young children
 
WHAT:                                 A Groundbreaking event to celebrate the construction of the new LEGOLAND Discovery Center Michigan attraction.  
                         Opening in spring 2016, LEGOLAND Discovery Center Michigan will be a 33,000 square-foot indoor attraction featuring more than one million LEGO bricks providing a world of creativity and learning for young children. 
                                        Event visuals will include:
·       Dignitaries participating in actual Groundbreaking ceremony wearing hard hats and shovels in hand.
·       Renderings and visuals of what LEGOLAND Discovery Center will look like inside.
·       Local students participating in “brick drop” and other activities.
WHO:                                 Hosted by U.K.-based Merlin Entertainments, the operator of LEGOLAND Discovery Centers worldwide. Remarks will be given by:
